Take a mindful walk to meet your certified breathwork coach at the warmth of the creekside Sanctuary. Begin by learning and practicing Wim Hof breathing and other conscious breathwork techniques that are effective in assisting with anxiety, stress, depression, pain, and inflammation. Before stepping into the outdoor plunge, your coach will assist you with focused breathing to train the mind to respond calmly to the cold water. Your guide remains by your side, reminding you of your breath while submerged. Exiting the tub, instruction is continued to help the body warm up organically before stepping into your private sauna.
